IQ Building, MANCHESTER

A full façade refurbishment project is ongoing. Student accommodation, housed in the IQ Building in Manchester, is being upgraded to improve the structure safety and integrity.  Design work includes: Soffits Timber Terraces Projecting Window Pods Telling Terracotta Rainscreen 3mm Alum PPC panels All engineered to be installed with manufacturer approved helping hand brackets and rails.

Summit Building, LEICESTER

The Summit Building, one of Leicester’s tallest buildings, is undergoing a full façade refurbishment. KFK are designing and planning out various structural elements including: Roof Soffits 3mm Alum PPC Aluminum cassette panels. All engineered to be installed with a floor-to-floor spanning support structure.

Early Years Centre, CARNOUSTIE

Work began at Pitskelly Park to create Carnoustie Early Learning and Childcare Centre, in October 2019. Set to open in August 2020, the Centre will deliver childcare for local three and four year olds. Easy Years Centre, FORFAR

October 2019 work commences at the former Forfar Academy to create a new  Childcare Centre. Opening in August 2020, the Forfar Early Years Centre will provide care for local three and four year olds.
